Hello, I was wondering whether usage of datasets created by the participants themselves is permitted. That might include data augmentation using the data provided for the competition, as well as other datasets that were constructed for the purpose of the competition.

Data augmentation of the competition dataset for training is allowed. External datasets used must be freely and publicly available to all participants under a permissive open source license.
