For the matching track, it seems that the submission file may be very large. Is DrivenData has some Linux cli such as the one from evalai: pip install evalai. If not, how can we submit a super-large file (still under the competition requirement)?

Unfortunately, we don’t currently have an upload alternative for submissions other than uploading via the browser page. I recognize that does carry with it some practical limitation for the size of upload that’s supported, given participant internet bandwidth considerations - we don’t have an estimate of what that is, given variation from connection to connection, but we recommend trying to keep submissions to as minimal a size as possible to minimize associated issues.
If this becomes a significant impediment to getting a functioning submission running, we can discuss whether there are potential workarounds.
