When uploading the zipped submission file, I am often running into the issue that the upload doesn’t finish, even when I stay on the tab submission page the entire time. This is for a file that is ~1GB, it usually gets to around 50-70% upload, then just fails. Is it my internet connection timing out potentially? Not sure how to get around this issue, thanks!
It frequently happens to me as well, but I just cancel the upload when it’s stuck and re-upload again. Painful, but on the second or third attempt it usually succeeds.
Thanks for the reply, good to know it wasn’t just me! I switched over from safari to chrome, and that seems to have helped actually. Looks like other people online have had issues with safari stalling during large uploads
