Notebook files for Red Teams

Hi!

Would it be possible to add the files fincrime-partitioning-example.ipynb and pandemic-partitioning-example.ipynb to the Data Download page of the Red Teams? This will make it easier to test the environment etc. :slight_smile:

These two notebooks should be now available on the data download page for red teams.
