     I'm not sure whether there is lacking prediction_format.csv in https://github.com/drivendataorg/pets-prize-challenge-runtime . It is necessary for the demo code running.

You are right. Thanks for catching that. We will upload prediction_format.csv files to the data download page and I will provide an update here when that is published.

In the meantime, the prediction_format.csv files are pretty straightforward and you can easily make them yourself. The schema and contents are documented here:
