Can Google Earth Engine (earthengine.google.com/) be used for this competition?
@atca1977 Good question! Any tools used must be publicly available and free to use (see the problem description for details). Google Earth Engine does not clearly comply with these rules, so we would not recommend using it in your submission. We are following up with Google Earth Engine to confirm their cost policies, and will update participants if that policy changes.
