In the description of the _tbfm.csv files there is supposed to be a field called scheduled_runway_arrival_time. However, I am seeing a field called scheduled_runway_estimated_time
instead. I am unsure how to interpret the meaning of this column, especially with their being multiple rows per gufi. Could you give a little more context on what scheduled_runway_estimated_time means?

scheduled_runway_estimated_time: Scheduled time that the flight will arrive at the runway
It is present multiple times per GUFI in cases where the scheduled time changes during the lifespan of a flight. The timestamp field on the row will tell you when that scheduled time was estimated.
