To access the supplementary data, I applied for planetary computer access 3 times in the past one and a half weeks. Also, I have dropped multiple emails to [planetarycomputer@microsoft.com] mentioning the competition. But, still I don’t have any access.
Could you please help me here?

Looking into this this, we did approve the account with the email you signed up for, but the welcome email got kicked back with a security policy from your email server. You had also requested with you gmail account, and we just approved that.
I’ll not that you don’t need an API token to access the data; you can access the API without any authentication, and access data by getting a token from a public endpoint. Below are some docs that describe that process, and an example notebook for gathering aux input chips:
