Challenge data in Planetary Computer

Hi,

I got access to the Planetary Computer Hub, thank you !
Is the challenge data available there directly or should it be downloaded ?
Also, is there an easy way to create a virtual environment in the Hub rather pip installing inside it ? I can’t seem to find any indication in the doc.

On the Hub there is a notebook for this competition: (PlanetaryComputerExamples/competition/s1flood/generate_auxiliary_input.ipynb )
