Did the communities only start consuming fog net water on Jun 2015? I can’t seem to find any info on DSH’s FAQ about when the communities actually started consuming the water.
I’m asking because I noticed that the total consumption for 2015 is higher than the total yield for 2015. The only logical explanation I can think of is that the fog nets have been collecting water since 2013, but the communities have only been using it since Jun 2015. Is this correct?
The consumption data that is available starts in June 2015, but actual use of the fog net water source started before that. The explanation for what you see is that there is not a direct connection between the units in the consumption data and the units in the yield data.
