How does the weekly limit of three scored submissions reset?

The rules allow three scored submissions per participant per week. I want to plan my remaining uploads before the deadline and cannot tell from the submissions page which of these applies:

  1. A fixed calendar week: the counter resets at a set time each week, for example Monday 00:00 UTC, regardless of when the submissions were made.
  2. A rolling window from each submission: every scored submission consumes a slot for exactly seven days from its own timestamp, so a slot made on Tuesday at 12:00 UTC becomes available again the following Tuesday at 12:00 UTC.
  3. A rolling window from the first submission: the seven days count from the first submission of the current batch of three, and all three slots return together when that window ends.

Which one is in force?

Hi @audric , the limit is as you described in (2), with one small adjustment which is that the window is from midnight UTC on the day of the submission, rather than the exact time of the submission.
