Season in one of the sites – detroit_lake_inflow – ends in the end of June, but the submission template contains issue dates also for July in this location. Do we predict also July for that site, even though season has ended there?

You are correct that detroit_lake_inflow’s season ends in June, but the submission format includes dates for July. You are currently required to submit predictions for July.
These issue dates will be removed, but challenge organizers are currently discussing other possible minor revisions to issue dates as well. Any revisions to the issue dates will likely be made all at once leading up to the opening of the Evaluation Stage. Keep an eye out for an announcement about this.
