Feet-meters mix-up in 'ground_measures_metadata.csv'

Hi, I’m looking through the data and I’m seeing that the ‘elevation_m’ in ground_measures_metadata.csv are in feet for the CDEC stations and in meters for the SNOTEL stations. This is probably not as intended and should be fixed.

Hi @GerbenBeintema thank you for flagging. We have updated the ground_measures_metadata.csv file on the Data Download page and posted an announcement to re-download the corrected file.
