Im somewhat confused of the SWE values at certain locations between short time windows.
Look at the following:
cell_id: 003fc268-c5c8-4a52-aaee-2f0802ce2b3f
It has an SWE of 0.0 on 2019-03-17
and suddenly on 2019-03-24 it has an SWE of 63.9.
That to me seems like a huge unnatural difference.
Can this be?
