Does the model we submit for the innovation track have to be our best performing one on the prediction track?

Hi,

I was just wondering if the model we submit for the innovation track has to be the one that achieved the best top-10 accuracy on the leaderboard? Or can we submit a different one? For example, can we submit a model that performs marginally worse for top-10 accuracy, but has much better real-world merits?

To be clear, this is a model I submitted to the Prediction track, it just wasn’t my best performing model.

Hi @KieranLitschel - Good question. You may submit any qualifying model (i.e. a submission with a private score above 75.6%) for the Innovation Track. It does not have to be your submission with the highest score.
