As per understanding of the values in this feature the following conclusions I have drawn:

  • Water authority and Water Board are all same
  • Similarly Private Operator and Company

But not able to get the clear picture of SWC, VWC, WUG

Here is what I found:
WUG = Water User Group

SWC and VWC could reference VWSC (Village Water and Sanitation Committee ) using slightly different labels. Perhaps SWC is Sanitation and Water Committee and VWC is Village Water Committee.
