Hey @wenhaowang,

This is something we’ve seen occasionally for some submissions and we’re not quite sure why it’s happening - typically it’s intermittent, and waiting a few hours to re-submit tends to yield success. We’ll investigate to see whether there’s some other identifiable cause in the meantime.
