STAC catalog for HRR data?

Is there a STAC catalog for HRR data? I’m able to work with landsat and sentinel easily via existing STAC infrastructure. Does HRR have something similar? If not are there any tutorials to access and spatially align HRR data as pixels in a localized geotiff?

I’m unfamiliar with GRIB2, but my initial feeling after some searching is it’s not in an image format. Can someone confirm that?
