Does anybody know what the state-of-practice (official forecasts) score using the contest formula? I imagine there are a number of different predictions released “officially” – honestly I’m still not clear on what agencies are responsible for what, myself – but I’m curious how we fare when compared to at least one of them. If nothing else, does anybody happen to know where to find a record of historical predictions released by the NRCS or USGS?
