Today I noticed the wait time for smoke test is significantly longer: my code submission stuck at “Starting: The execution environment for your code is starting up” for more than 40 mins. Is this wait time expected?

Participants’ code submissions run on shared compute resources. In the case that there are many other ongoing jobs, your submission will be queued and you will need to wait. Challenge organizers are monitoring wait times and will scale up resources if wait times grow too long.
