I prepared local data to imitate public calculation. In my environment i5 4Cores 2080TI 16Gb RAM execution (analyzing 23000 sequences by 3 images) takes approximately 10-12 minutes. Submission is already working for 90 minutes and I’m not sure if it will be finished in 8 hours.
Is it a known issue or there is a problem in my code?
Added logging. Reading images takes most of the time. Locally I use resized Images from Pavel, so this is the issue on my side.
