Forecasting Energy Consumption: Submission Format has too many rows

Hi,

Could you please explain why “Submission Format” has two times more rows for each ForecastId than expected?

For example:

To forecast the consumption for each quarter of an hour over the next 24 hours (96 quarters).
To forecast the consumption for each hour over the next four days (96 hours).
To forecast the consumption for each day over the coming month (30 days).

ForecastId = 1 in “Submission Format” has to have 30 rows, but it has 60.

The submission format is the canonical source for what you must submit. Some of the forecast period lengths have been updated.
