Error running benchmark

Tried to run benchmark in a Jupyter notebook and came across this fatal error:

Error #15: Initializing libiomp5md.dll, but found libiomp5md.dll already initialized.

What environment are you using and how are you installing dependencies?

I posted the query in the hope that there might be an obvious solution that others had already found. The googling I did makes it clear that there isn’t. I won’t be doing any more on this.
