Hi everyone,
I am a student from India participating in the SNOMED CT Entity Linking Benchmark and I am stuck on the PhysioNet data access step.
The instructions require completing the CITI Program training course. However, my institution is not listed in CITI’s affiliated organizations, and registering as an Independent Learner requires a paid subscription which I cannot afford.
Has anyone else from India (or outside the US) faced this issue? Were you able to find a free alternative that PhysioNet accepted?
I have already:
- Created a PhysioNet account
- Applied for SNOMED CT access on the MLDS portal (status: Submitted)
- Emailed PhysioNet support asking for an alternative
Any guidance from participants who have been through this would be really appreciated!
