Are we allowed to use free llms like cohere or huggingface??

@NITYAM Yes, per the competition rules you can use external models as long as they were freely and publicly available under a permissive open source license.

Note that you cannot upload data to any third party services of APIs that retain the data. To use external models, you must load the open-source model weigths.
