are participant outside US allowed to participate in this competition and are their prizes to be won if you are non-US citizen?

Hi @magoo34 - thanks for asking! Per the eligibility guidelines, in order to be eligible to win a prize, participants:

“must be citizens or permanent residents of the United States (in the case of a Team, the Team must identify a Team Captain who is a citizen or permanent resident of the United States; in the case of an Entity, the Entity shall be incorporated in and maintain a primary place of business in the US).”

Note that non-U.S. citizens can still win a prize if they are on a team with a designated Team Captain who is a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
