About phase 2 time limit

Thanks again for the excellent competition. I want to know, for phase 2, whether we will still be required to submit code for the new ~800 queries to calculate the time. If so, if the exec time of the submission code is now within the limitation, but in phase 2, if the queries are super long, then the exec time may exceed the limitation. How to deal with that?

Hey @wenhaowang-

The submissions for Phase 2 will be the same as the submissions for Phase 1. The distribution of query video lengths will be similar to the lengths for Phase 1, so the resource constraint will still be applicable in its currently stated form (no more than an average of 10s / video).
