Why does the `Training fault labels` file in the data tab have a single band, while the labels in the `reference solution` repo have 19 bands?

@DLegorreta This appears to be an artifact / bug in the summary string that gets printed in the notebook, which labels the single band in the label TIF as Band 19 when there is, in actuality, only one band.
