Hi. Public lb is one survey, so its calculated using just 19 values for the 90% portion of the metric, and the private lb is two surveys and will be 2*19 values. No matter how “generalized” we will make oıur solutions, significant amount of luck will play part on who will win the competition. I propose choosing two final submissions, instead of 1 so we can actually use one the them as hedge and prevent this competition turning to a lottery.
