I have a question about the use of external data. I am aware that the use of external data is not allowed, however, I was considering using some additional data related to both cities, for example, latitude, longitude, altitude, etc. It would be correct?

Same question here. Not clear to me if we can use external data since it’s a competition without prize, or if it’s not allowed.
Also census data for both cities were part of the original dataset available here: https://dengueforecasting.noaa.gov/
Clarification from Driven Data team would be welcome.
