As with any competition that restricts data to the one provided, it’s important to provide clarification on usage of pretrained models. Please advise.
they’re actually using a resnet34 as backbone in their baseline sub. However internet access is not functioning and hence that submission is failing currently. So I guess yes pretrained models should be allowed
