The rules state that there’s an 8 hours runtime limit, but how many test images do we have to process in that time? If, for example, I decide to use additional data from the Planetary Computer (PC), I need to know a rough time limit per test image since every PC call will not be negligible.

Is it 8 hours or 4 hours? It looks like it has been updated to 4 hours
“The submission must complete execution in 4 hours or less. We expect most submissions will complete much more quickly and computation time per participant will be monitored to prevent abuse.”
The original documentation had the wrong time limit – it is in fact 4 hours.
