For a certain goal: Achieve universal primary education  
Should we pick the series code 2.1 as indicator or work on getting better ones which have series code such as these as well:  
SE.PRM.TENR.FE  
Adjusted net enrollment rate, primary, female (% of primary school age children)

Adjusted net enrollment rate, primary, male (% of primary school age children)
