# Problem with submissions

Hi,
Could someone help to improve the upload performance. It’s very slow and on my last attempts I have not be able to complete the upload. It seems to fail but there is not reason for this.

Hi @fishnchips ,
I’ve increased the total amount of time that is allowed for uploads again - this will not help increase upload speed, but will give your submission more time to finish the upload. Hope this helps!
