# Phase II submission limit

During phase II, will we allow to submit only three times in total? or will we allow to check the model performance with the phase I dataset adhering to the one submission per day limit?

Request: Please do not reduce the submission limit to just three submissions. At least allow checking with the phase I dataset.

Hi @mmiakashs Phase 1 submissions will indeed stay open throughout Phase 2 and beyond. You can find a note on this on the [home page](https://www.drivendata.org/competitions/64/hateful-memes/) of each phase.
