Once phase 2 dataset is open for 3 total submissions will phase 1 dataset submissions of 1 per day be disabled?

Hi @polymathAB Phase 1 submissions will stay open throughout Phase 2 and beyond. You can find a note on this on the [home page](https://www.drivendata.org/competitions/64/hateful-memes/) of each phase.
