Been experiencing difficulty in accessing my local docker application. Can this package be added for me “pip install pytorch\_tabular”

@ZzyZx If you’d like a package to be added to the competition runtime, you can submit a pull request to the public runtime repository. There are more detailed instructions [here](https://github.com/drivendataorg/youth-mental-health-runtime?tab=readme-ov-file#updating-runtime-packages)
