This rule disappointed me ☹ Eligibity : “At the time of entry, the Official Representative (individual or team lead, in the case of a group project) must be age 18 or older and a U.S. citizen or permanent resident of the United States or its territories. In the case of a private entity, the business shall be incorporated in and maintain a place of business in the United States or its territories.” I am looking for teammate from U.S. I am very highly motivated. I placed 16th in the competition organized by NASA. I am willing to contribute to the solution building. I work in federated learning and can build scalable solutions. I have worked in FedML and Differential privacy in my startup. I would be glad to help any team here. I have been looking for teammates in Slack. I would need to join any team, since am not from US. Last minute help is appreciated.
