# Institutional Limit

Regarding the rules that, in part, state, “Each participating entity (team, organization, or individual prize competitor not on a team) is allowed to have one final submission; individuals participating on a team will not be allowed to submit a separate final submission,” could you please clarify whether the limitation is applied per organization or per team?

If applied per organization, is the limit applied as one final entry per UEI?
