# Clarification on monetary prize

Thank you for you response.  
Looking at Section C, it seems that non-U.S. citizens are not eligible to receive the prize money. However, based on [the past discussion](https://community.drivendata.org/t/are-participant-outside-united-states-allowed/9129/2), it has been stated that non-U.S. citizens can receive the prize money. Which one is correct?
