How to get data?

Hi @leigh.plt, as discussed on the development stage page, CDEC and SNOTEL data inputs are contained in `ground_measures_train_features.csv` and `ground_measures_test_features.csv`. When using these sources, _ **you are only permitted to use the data contained in the provided ground measures csvs.** _ You can find them on the [data download page](https://www.drivendata.org/competitions/86/competition-reclamation-snow-water-dev/data/).
