Hi,
at the moments, I play a little with the datas, and read the definitions on i.e.

My problem is, on this site, Iran has 15.009% of Central Government Expenditure in 2000. For the same year, the trainingsdata says 24,962%.

Has the data for 2000 changed so much since start of the competition? Or are the traningsdata for any reason changed. Perhaps to prevent misuse of the World Bank data from 2008 and 2012?

Best regards
Kai-Uwe Berroth
