# Allowed to use external data

Hello,

is it allowed to use data to fill missing data?  
For example in “gps\_height” is a high amount of 0 values. Most of them are most likely NAs.  
Now i could add the missing data by using the columns “longitude”, “latitude” and external data.  
Would appreciate an answer.
